Multi-Class Discount:

5% OFF 2 classes or more OR until maximum tuition is reached.

 

Family Discount:

10% OFF tuition of families with 2 dancers.  

15% OFF tuition of families with 3 or more dancers​

 

Tuition is due on the FIRST of each month.  

Tuition is based on the SEASON- regardless of how many weeks are in a month.  

Overdue fees will accrue a late fee of 10% per week that it is past due.

We accept payments by cash, check, or credit card online only through auto-pay or parent portal.  

Credit card payments can only be made online through auto-pay or parent portal - we will not longer be accepting digital payments at the desk.

Please note that all digital payments - including autopay - will now include a processing fee of 2.9%.  This fee helps offset the costs associated with digital transactions and allows us to maintain the quality of service you expect.   

 

There is no fee for payments made by cash or check.  Checks or cash must be in the exact amount, placed in an envelope labeled with your dancers name, and dropped in our tuition box located in the hallway.

 

You will receive your invoice at the commencement of the current month & have until the 10th to pay these fees in full.  If fees remain unpaid in week 4 of classes, dancers will not be permitted to participate in class.  

 

Auto-Pay: This is our most popular and simple payment method, in which you enter a card or bank account on file and your balance is automatically withdrawn on the first of each month.  A benefit of our auto-pay clients is that your card on file can be used for in-house payments.  If you decide to withdraw from classes mid-term for any reason, you will still be charged for the entire invoiced period – this includes Auto-Pay customers.

 

Registration Fee: There is a $15 registration fee per dancer/per season -  with a family registration fee max of $40.  

 

Refunds: The Dance Movement does not offer any refunds - included but not limited to - registration fees, costume fees, competition fees, tuition, late fees, recital tickets, miscellaneous fees, or dance wear. 

 

Missed Classes: There are no pro-rated fees or refunds for any missed classes.  Students are allowed to make up any missed classes in another class the same level or lower for classes cancelled due to weather or teacher illness.  

 

​Unforeseen Extended Closure: In the event of a state mandated extended closure, TDM will resume classes via Zoom.

 

Master Classes: Our master classes can be paid to the teacher/office staff as you attend via cash or check.  

 

Withdraw: If you wish to withdraw from classes at The Dance Movement, it is a requirement that you notify the studio in writing via email.  Until such time, the space will be held for the student and the charges invoiced to the parents.  ​​​
